Trainer.  He has trained numerous All-Pro Athletes
in the National Football League, collegiate
athletes and anyone that is looking for an

Holly is an IFPA Certified Personal Trainer.  She is
notorious for turning her training clients into

small but she packs a tough punch.

Class Schedule/Description:

TRX Cardio Blast Classes: This cutting edge workout uses your own body weight as
resistance. The best body and core functional training for all fitness levels. You'll be
talking about this class for days!   

Circuit Training Classes aka Weight Loss Boot Camp (because you are going to burn a ton
of calories): A 1-hour butt-kicking class that incorporates boxing elements, jump ropes,
Kettlebells, the TRX, medicine ball exercises and more.   It's a fitness buffet. Get your
frustrations out and come to this class!

Kettlebell Classes: A fantastic non-impact work-out for everyone!   The movements are
complex, unique, and effective.  An optimal way to improve and maintain your fitness!

TRX Classes- Tuesday night at 7pm

Circuit Training Classes- Thursday night at 7pm/Saturday at 9am

Kettlebell Class- Based on an appointment basis
