Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness
Instructor, Certified Crossfit Kettlebell
Instructor And A Certified TRX Group
Suspension Trainer.  He has trained
numerous All-Pro Athletes in the National
Football League, collegiate athletes and
anyone that is looking for an incredible

Holly is an IFPA Certified Personal Trainer.
 She is notorious for turning her training
clients into lifelong friends through her
creative workouts and FUN personality.  In
addition to being a great trainer Holly was an
All-Star on the soccer field and uses this

young athletes. Holly might be small but she
packs a tough punch.

Thursday at 7pm
Saturday at 9am

Group Times (5 clients or less):
Monday at 6pm
Wednesday at 5pm
Friday at 5pm

*Space is limited and classes/groups are based on a first come, first serve
basis*

In order to keep our classes personalized for your fitness goals, we limit all
classes to 10 people so you get the most out of your workout.

We can always form new groups/training times if you know anyone that wants to
